We educate and help individuals understand the technical aspects required to bring locally made products to the marketplace. There are many technical and food safety questions that individuals have about getting their food product into the market; the Food Innovation Center is designed to work hands-on with those individuals.

Our focus is to advance Northwest Foods and to help individuals realize their aspirations to produce locally made foods. Your donation will help strengthen our programs that support NW food products that support the local economy.
