Oregon's Specialty Crops are the stars of the Crop-Up™Dinner Series & Market Showcase created by the Oregon Department of Agriculture and Oregon State University.
Each of the Crop-Up™ Dinners are being held at various Oregon State University Branch Experiment Stations, with five dinners happening in 2016, and another five dinners happening in 2017.
The dinner series has been designed to increase awareness of the bountiful diversity of Oregon Specialty Crops including fruits, vegetables, tree nuts, dried fruits, and nursery crops.
